Shipping is free on orders over $100. Orders under $100 are charged at a flat rate of $8.99.

Timeframes:

We aim to have orders processed within 24 hours. 

We use overnight courier when possible and most orders arrive within 1-3 business days.

Please allow additional days if you are rural or if you are ordering during holiday periods.

Local Delivery:

We offer free delivery to the Wanaka region, Hawea, Cromwell and Alexandra. If your address is eligible for free delivery this will show as an option at checkout. Rural addresses will be charged at the standard rate. We do not offer a 'pick up' option at this stage, sorry.
