Our Story

Hello!

Welcome to Mini Monkeys.

The previous owners Katie & Ben officially launched in April 2023 when they struggled to get products quickly when they needed them. The purpose of the store was to offer Upper Clutha locals with good quality baby and toddler products without the wait time and cost of shipping.

During August, Katie and Ben decided to embark on a new adventure and offered Mini Monkeys up for sale where we jumped at the chance to purchase this awesome business. 

My Husband Tom and I (Anita) have now taken over Mini Monkeys and have relocated it to Alexandra where the demand for all things baby and toddler is even higher with less availability! 

We plan to service Alex and surrounding areas to help with this Central Otago issue. Tom grew up in Hawea and with family still there we find ourselves spending as much time as possible there with our two kids Stella and Ardie.

We hope to keep Upper Clutha area serviced with these products regularly and hopefully reach other “isolated” small town families!

We look forward to helping you with all things mum, baby and toddler.
